Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, which is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm and an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes. From the living area, you have direct access to the patio. The first bedroom is a double room with a direct exit to the garden, offering a peaceful and private retreat. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 individual beds and also benefits from its own exit to the garden. The kitchen is a compact yet fully functional space equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property includes 2 shower rooms, each complete with a bidet and WC.
