Family summer house in quiet area 8 adults 2 ch

Lovely, personally furnished summer house located on a cul-de-sac approx. 2 km from Udsholt Beach. The nearest smaller towns are Græsted, Gilleleje and Helsinge.



Newly renovated kitchen with new appliances. It contains everything you need in terms of equipment for cooking and serving.

The largest bathroom has both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The other only has a shower.



The bedrooms for the adults are largely the same and each have 2 single beds put together and 2 wardrobes. The children's room has 2 child-sized bunk beds and a table where you can, for example, can sit and draw.



There is a sauna in the house, but it is used to store cushions for garden chairs, deckchairs and benches.



The house is heated with an air-to-air heat pump (which can also cool) and electric radiators. In the living room, you can have fun lighting up the wood-burning stove, but firewood must be brought with you or bought in the surrounding hardware stores, petrol stations or large supermarkets. In the bookcase in the living room there are books and games.



A terrace heater is installed under the covered part of the terrace. In the non-covered part there is a Weber charcoal grill and a Weber gas grill. Coal and gas must be brought.

In the garden there is a new, small playhouse, which is ONLY for small children. There is also a swing stand (max. load per swing is 50 kg according to the manufacturer, so it is also only for children). We also have a small sandbox and some outdoor toys. You may be disturbed by the gardener who comes and mows the grass and/or by the window cleaner. Note: Not for commercial rental.
