The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a studio-style layout with king-size bed, kitchenette with combination microwave/oven, induction hob and fridge, a dining area for two and a sitting area with TV. There is a shower room, as well as a dressing room. Outside you will find a non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Cornwall with a stay at Greenside Studio. Note: Bed is in the living area and property is attached to owner’s house.

Praa Sands is also home to a Golf and Country Club, from where the most wonderful sea vista can be enjoyed whilst you play. Just inland from the beach is Pengersick Castle, the tower of which dates back to the 16th century
