Relaxing luxury apartment with delightful views from all rooms and the balcony. Very clean and had everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Extremely easy to get into St Ives using the nearby rail station. We also walked down to the beach, which was lovely, and up to the local pub. Hosts were great and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous setting. Fantastic sea views and a wonderful feeling of tranquility. Great for the coastal walk into St Ives and the little train home again, with the station being located just below the apartments. Lovely owners to deal with. And we loved the basket of goodies that welcomed us on arrival!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaview. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes from Carbis bay beach and 20 minutes to Porthminster Beach. The scenery is beautiful, with sea views from every window of the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely like to go back!

From the moment we walked into Seaview we felt so at home, a welcome card on the table, all we needed for a ‘cream tea’, a bottle of wine & milk in the fridge for that much needed cuppa. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, modern but with a comfortable, seaside feel. The apartment is a great size with everything you could possibly need, the sea view from every window is amazing. We had lovely weather so managed to enjoy the balcony space too. The location is perfect, about 10 mins walk down to the beach & a couple of mins walk to the station. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay & didn’t want to leave. The Carbis Bay area is one of our favourite spots in Cornwall so we will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for having us

Stunning!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning.

WOW! The Best holiday apartment! Absolutely fantastic all round.

WOW! Just wow, was our first response. What an absolutely stunning holiday apartment!From the moment we stepped through the door we were blown away, especially with the sea views from every window.The property was immaculate and so very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks with my partner and two year old, and usually at the end of two weeks we are ready for home, but here we already felt like we were at home, it is beautifully decorated and so incredibly homely and modern. We also recognised a lot of the art work from the art studios in St Ives itself which is a lovely touch. Location is also superb! 2 minute walk to the train station into St Ives, or a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach. We have been holidaying in Cornwall every year for the past 12 years, and this is by far the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We will all be crying on the long journey home, wishing the holiday didn’t have to end.

Spacious, cozy apartment with everything you need to have a lovely holiday.Cornwall is beautiful and there is lots to see. Carbis Bay is a great location to explore it from.

Comfortable, superb location, great views.

We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable apartment with great views from all windows. Great location 2 minutes from Carbis Bay station or a 35 minute walk into St Ives. Would highly recommend. Will probably be back.

Lovely stay and great hosts.

Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location

It is our 2nd stay and accommodation was just as we remembered. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Close to train station and can walk down to the beach.

The best stay ever

I don't know where to start , from the second we walked through the door we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. The hosts have made this a home , not just a holiday retreat. Everything about our stay from start to finish was a dream, the area is amazing with a few minutes walk to the wonderful Carbis Bay beach or if you want you can grab the train to go into St Ives. I cant recommend this place highly enough. The flat is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever rented . Hosts score a 10/10 , cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 . Honestly if we could, we would have stayed forever. Views are awesome.

Wonderful Retreat

We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend. The apartment is clean, quiet, bright and airy. Tastefully decorated in a beachy style. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and lots of space. Thank you so much, Ashley and Claire!

Very nice place. A bonus for us inasmuch as we didn't have a car with us was the train station. Convenient transport to St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole etc.

Wonderful accommodation

I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly situated for the train while being quiet and secluded. The welcome pack of provisions was very generous and much appreciated. We loved the distant view of St Ives. How welcome and refreshing to find a clean, relaxing apartment that doesn't take pets. Ashley's home town is Gloucester & Claire's is Sheffield, although her family have lived in St Ives for many years.

We now live just outside Kingsbridge in Devon, where we run our online business from home.

We just love Carbis Bay and the area!

The beach has to be one of the best in the world, very pretty and safe for children to swim and surf, whilst the grown ups can sun bathe on the beach or have a drink at the bar and eat at the restaurant.

Carbis Bay is well located for exploring the north and south coast of Cornwall.

We are always amazed at the local weather climate and would always say to our guests if the weather isn't so good in Carbis Bay take a look at the south coast only 20 minutes away, as it could be totally different!
