The villa boasts five spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, private bathrooms, and modern, high-quality amenities. The living room is designed for convivial moments, with an open-space style kitchen, chaise lounge sofa, and Smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and blender.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with eight sun loungers, a table and 10 chairs, and a BBQ. The swimming pool is accessible via Roman stairs and offers the possibility of sun exposure.



Pool heating additional cost EUR 400 per week.



The villa is located in an exclusive, quiet cul-de-sac with views of the golf course. Facilities include Wi-Fi, a 24-hour emergency line, a welcome pack and drink on arrival, and pool towels, towels, and linen. Daily cleaning is available for an additional cost.



Damage deposit: €1000



On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:

Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.

There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros

Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
