Set in central Pulborough, Lower Street Cottage is beautiful retreat to enjoy everything our wonderful region as to offer. Pulborough has an abundance of local shops and has its own train station which is only a 15 minute walk away!

Storrington village is only a few minutes' drive away with it's cafes, restaurants, independent stores and Waitrose supermarket; Storrington Museum is well worth a look, as is the Elizabethan Parham House and Gardens.

The Goodwood estate is 30 minutes away, and is the venue for some of the most famous sporting events in the U.K. - the Goodwood Revival and the Goodwood Festival of Speed (motorsport), and the Qatar Glorious Goodwood Festival (horse racing) Golf, aviation and the health club and spa can also be enjoyed at Goodwood.

The cities of Guildford and Chichester can both be reached in around half an hour by car, and Brighton in about 40 minutes. There is a local train service 3.5 miles from the property.
Gatwick airport is 40 minutes away and London just over an hour by train.

Piemans Cottage really gives the feel of traditional England with it's low ceiling and dark beams throughout. Don't be fooled though this property is beautifully bright and has recently been decorated.

Nestled in the snug living room you will find an open fire, perfect for cosying down during the winter months after a long day of exploring. There is a smart TV with all streaming services available for you to log in and enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay, this includes, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cafetier, washer, dryer, toaster and kettle. This leads onto a bright dining area and the sunny courtyard garden.

Up the stair case you will find a bunk bed room (double bed on the bottom), a king sized bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath. Please note this is a traditional cottage staircase with steep stairs and a drop where half the staircase does not have a bannister.
