There is a sun deck area with an outdoor shower, and 8 deck chairs spread over two levels, one next to the pool, and on the artificial grass plot a few steps lower (also approachable from the wellness zone at the lower ground floor). At the pool level is a covered deck area with a lounge corner and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue (gas), approachable directly from the kitchen and from the living area.
* The GROUND floor: It is a fully air-conditioned 58 sqm area connected with the outdoors with glass-to-ceiling doors offering a very bright and open living area with sea views from almost every corner.
