LAYOUT HOUSE
The house is on the ground floor and consists of a hall, living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a sitting area and flat screen television. Then the dining table and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner gas stove, combi oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine and dishwasher (see characteristics for all appliances). In the hall is a washing machine with dryer.

BEDROOMS (3)
From the living room you enter the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own sink. One bedroom has a bed of 160x200cm, one with 2 single beds of 90x190cm and a bedroom with bunk beds (size 90x200cm).

BATHROOM (1)
The compact bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

OUTSIDE
There is a sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a lovely lounge sofa. In the garden there is a playground with a slide for children.

There is private parking at the house.

Deposit
For most holiday homes, a security deposit applies, which is charged separately. This is stated on the confirmation from Eiland Verhuur. The deposit is paid together with the remaining balance and will be refunded within 14 days, provided no damage has been found after departure.
