Villa surrounded by hundreds of palm trees. The property is located in a former palm tree plantation. The large garden (1.600 m2), pool and several terraces make this villa the ideal vacation home. 3 bedrooms. Best possible location and very quiet. Walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banus. The large garden is ideal for families or travellers who are looking for an oasis of tranquillity. Tennis & Paddle courts are in walking distance.

The Space:
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 can be set up as a queen bed or as 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed, ideal for children (bedroom 3 can only be accessed via bedroom 1 or bedroom 2). The master bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The second bathroom has a shower.

Palm tree paradise!

A lovely holiday home, perfect for a family. The pool is amazing. Surrounded by stunning palm trees. La Palmita is a true getaway within the vibrant Marbella. The host was super friendly and we definitely want to come back.

Abusive Villa Owner - Dirty - Badly Maintained

We normally never complain yet in the event that the villa Owners were so abusive and entered the property unannounced and intimidated two half-dressed teenage girls I felt this was necessary to ward off any other renters.We were initially impressed by the garden — beautifully landscaped and thoughtfully designed, this is where the value lies.Sadly, the villa did not live up to expectations. The interior was:•Poorly maintained•Infested with insects, slugs, and worms•Badly ventilated and musty•Dated in both style and furnishings•In need of repairs•Not worth the premium priceMy 17-year-old daughter noticed pubic hair in both the shower tray and the bath, the bathroom also had peeling grout, dirty / cracked tiles, lacked any form of ventilation making it feel damp and unhygienic.The kitchen extractor fan was coated in old grease and completely non-functional. The dishwasher was broken and stuck on an error code, the fridge freezer gave off a murderous stench.Ten minutes later, we heard screaming coming from the girls’ bedroom. I rushed in to find a tall, white-haired man—appearing to be around 70 years old—glaring at my teenage daughters who were in underwear.
