On the ground floor of the villa we have the private swimming pool with an option to be heated (15€ per day for duration of stay) with additional space for lounging in the south facing terrace, plus there is a dedicated outdoor dining area, perfect for alfresco dining.  On the 1st floor is the private terrace off the master bedroom, perfect for your morning coffee or watching the world go by in the afternoon.

To top it off, the roof terrace, has an L shape lounge and seperate dining area, which has a wind out pergola for protection from the sun if needed.  With all of these outdoor areas, you are really spoilt for choice!

Living space

The villa has an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, perfect for modern day living.  There are triple width patio doors at the front of the villa which flood the room with light.  The living room has a l shape sofa, 65 inch smart TV and fibre optic broadband.  The deceptively spacious kitchen has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay.  The villa also includes a complimentary welcome pack, to ensure you have what you need when you first arrive.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room sharing 2 bathrooms with modern walk-in showers.  The master bedroom has its own private terrace.
