It is a holiday rental apartment with a mobile air conditioning unit that is fully equipped. You will be just a few steps away from all amenities. The tram is not far from the apartment, so you can easily visit Nice with the line running from east to west. A bus line also runs along the boulevard.
This is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday near the sea!
Located on the 5th floor with a lift, this apartment can accommodate 2 people.
It consists of an equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area, a living room, a shower room and a toilet.
For sleeping, there is a bedroom with a double bed.
