The living areas in this first-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for three guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, and a ground-floor games room/utility with pool table (5ft(1.53m) long x 2ft 8in(0.82m) high, junior size) and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Trewhiddle Retreat is an attractive escape, perfect for a family holiday in Cornwall. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stairs which may not be suitable for those with lower mobility.
