Welcome to our beautiful and bright 3 bedrooms apartment with a stunning sea view!
Our fully renovated 78 m2 apartment is located in a quality residence, just a few minutes walk from the beaches, Le Suquet, the Palais des Festivals, and all Cannes has to offer. It is in an excellent quiet location, with easy street parking available in all seasons.
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious and comfortable living/dining room with access to a large south-west facing terrace. You will be able to soak up the sun while enjoying the beautiful sea views. In the evening, the sun on the horizon will make for a stunning backdrop as you dine and unwind.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with lots of storage space. One of the bedrooms has access to a large balcony with a nice open view. There are 2 shower rooms, each with a WC, ensuring maximum convenience and privacy. Our beautiful new fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
In addition to the comfortable bedding in the bedrooms, there is an extra 2-seater bed on the sofa. However, we do want to limit the use of the apartment to a maximum of 6 people as much as possible to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Our apartment is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is air conditioning in the living area and in the master bedroom. We have thought of everything, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a TV with cable channels. You'll also find a washing machine, dishwasher, and plenty of other amenities to make your stay hassle-free.
The location of our apartment is unbeatable. The ALDI supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, while Le Suquet is just 6 minutes away. The nearest bakery is 7 minutes away, and the beach is just 8 minutes away on foot. You'll be able to enjoy all the sights and sounds of Cannes while still being able to retreat to your own private oasis of peace and quiet.
