Upon entering this villa, you will be greeted by an atmosphere of refined elegance, where 17th century French prints coexist in harmony with contemporary objects. The residence is on two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to seven people, thanks to its three double bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The 300 m² garden is the ideal place for breakfasts in the sun, dinners under the stars and unforgettable barbecues among friends and family. For your comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a safe in each bedroom.
The rental price includes all utilities, internet key, towels and bed linen, to guarantee you a carefree holiday. However, please note that electricity over 100 Kw/h per week, final cleaning and check-in after 17:00 are additional costs.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of EUR 1,000 in cash will be required, which will be returned upon departure, less any damages.

The recently renovated villa located near the Blue Grotto in Capri offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by exotic vegetation including olive trees, cypress trees, and prickly pears. It boasts a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The villa is elegantly furnished with a combination of 17th-century French prints and contemporary items. It has two levels and can accommodate up to seven people with three double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa features a 300mq garden with outdoor furniture, making it perfect for breakfast, dinner parties, and barbeques. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and safes in each bedroom. The rental price includes utilities, internet key, towels, and sheets, but excludes electricity over 100 Kw/h per week, final cleaning, and check-in after 5:00 pm. Upon arrival, a €1,000 cash security deposit is required, which will be returned to the client minus any damages upon departure.
