Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.

The Space:
A modern and newly renovated apartment featuring a private entrance, a balcony and a stunning view over Reykjavik city. The apartment is 43 square meters and sleeps 4 persons in two single beds (can be arranged together to create a double bed setup) and double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower. Bed linens and towels are included.
The apartment features a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop, plus free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix. Guests can appreciate conveniences like a coffee maker Nespresso and a dining table, flat-screen TV.
