We are originally from the UK, however prior to moving to Spain in 2015 we had lived in Germany for 16 years.
This apartment is a second family home that we use mainly for our children & family, however we like to rent it out when free so that others can enjoy the lovely town of Nerja
Why they chose this property
Nerja is unique with it's original Spanish heart & beautiful beaches.
It's climate is superb and it is a very welcoming village, quite special on the Costa del Sol.
What makes this property unique
This is an open plan apartment with bi-folding doors leading to a terrace overlooking the pool area and gardens.
It is on the ground floor and as such it is "on the flat" and has no steps to gain entry from the Urbanisation entrance gate into the apartment.
The apartment is directly next to the entrance to the pool and beautiful gardens of Jardines de Burriana, accessed by a short shallow ramp.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge which we are happy to be used for children, up to the age of 16, to be used whilst on a family holiday.
