'JUAN DE AUSTRIA' Duplex Penthouse is a brand new and superior duplexapartment located in the center of Malaga city. It has 2 bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 4 people. Located in a completely new building, with a private terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.
It is a second floor with an elevator, and its distribution is duplex. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen, a bathroom and a double room with two single beds (they can be joined to form a double). On the upper floor, there is a room with a double bed, a full bathroom and access to a roof-top terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor lounge.
It has an elevator, internet access (WIFI), central heating and air conditioning, Smart TV.
Comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, located in the center of the city of Malaga, with good access by public transport and car.
It is located in the city center of Malaga, a few minutes walk from the historic center. There are multiple supermarkets and shops in its vicinity. It is located in an ideal area for families and couples who want to get to know the city, without the need for a car for the stay.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
