Este inusual alquiler vacacional Málaga centro ocupa la 3ª y 4ª planta de un edificio típico del centro histórico de la ciudad



Se expande sobre un total de 92 m2, 59 de los cuales en la planta baja y 33 en la planta superior



En la primera planta encontrará la sala de estar, una cocina abierta totalmente equipada. De camino a la segunda planta, encontrará una habitación doble y un baño con bañera



En la segunda planta encontrará el dormitorio principal, un baño con ducha y otra habitación pequeña que le llevará a la terraza en la azotea a través de una escalera exterior

En la misma planta también encontrará un tercer dormitorio con literas para niños de hasta 10 años.



Desde la azotea, podrá disfrutar de unas fantásticas vistas a la Catedral mientras cena al aire libre o disfruta de las hamacas

Last minute stay in Malaga

great communication with office staff from the outset. Carlos met us at the apartment, showed us around, told us about house rules etc. apartment was fantastic, especially the roof terrace. Having a bathtub was great too. Fully equipped, couldn’t fault the apartment (except the 40 steps up to it), but that’s a small point.

Home Away from Home

Clean, comfortable,well-equipped flat in a very convenient location. Many attractions and great restaurants within walking distance. Check in and out was simple and Solaga personnel were helpful and pleasant. The one minor downside was that the Siglo area is really busy with nightlife so it gets pretty noisy until the early hours of the morning. It’s nothing that can be improved, it’s just a fact of life in that location.

An appartment in the heart of Malaga!

The rooftop terrace is also a big plus! The communication with Solaga went very smoothly, they were quick to replace the cofffeemachine when the pot broke accidentally. The beds are really nice and so were the bathrooms. Great stay!

Great location in the centre of the old town. Lovely interior and fabulous roof-top terrace - a huge bonus in a hot and busy city. The service provided by Solaga was first class. Teresa and Albertino, who met us at the beginning and end of our stay, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting this property.

Spotless, roomy air conditioned apartment. Fabulous roof terrace, in the heart of the old town.

Location was perfect. Very close to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. Easy to walk every where. Taxi's at bottom of road to get you back to the airport. Perfect. We thought it was perfect but there are a few flights of stairs to walk up, as it is the top 2 floors of the building. Just a note for those less ablewith children.

A week in Malaga

We spent around 8 full days in Malaga and the apartment definitely served as well. We were pleasantly welcomed by Carlos who gave us all the info we needed for the apartment and the area. The apartment was clean, kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, and the terrace was exactly the oasis we knew we would need at the end of the day. Although it was not a major issue for us, the apartment being situated in the heart of the old city centre, it was quite loud at night. Right below are at least at 2 restaurants and if you know anything about the night life in Malaga, you know people have fun until 2-3 AM (weekend or no) so keep this in mind if you choose the apartment. We had a great time overall and would not change anything in retrospective. Hope other people will get to enjoy Malaga while staying in this lovely apartment! Thank you for having us. These elements did not in any way affect our trip but might be important for other people: - Because the temperatures were quite high outside, we slept with the A/C on and could have used something to cover ourselves during the night. Apart from some winter blankets that were available, some basic sheets would have been useful. - The terrace could have used some more cleaning, the table had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and we found some items from previous renters. - The shower in the bedroom was clogged and we had to clean that before using the shower.
