The Space:
You will find a harmonious apartment divided into two areas: In the living area, there is a cozy lounge with dining space and a well-equipped kitchen; a couple's suite bedroom and a service bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The charm of this apartment lies in the spacious terrace with a garden and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy fresh air and have your meals outdoors.

For your convenience, our apartment features an elevator with exclusive access to the apartment, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a sofa bed, a TV with a channel box, and Wi-Fi.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua 31 de Janeiro and close to Portugal's most iconic train station, São Bento Station, you will have some of the city's most prominent landmarks nearby. These include the Church of Santo Ildefonso and the start of Rua de Santa Catarina, just 190 meters from the apartment; the traditional Rua das Flores, 400 meters away; and just a few minutes’ walk to Ribeira, one of the oldest parts of the city, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

We recommend crossing the bridge to the Gaia Quay to taste Port Wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi-Experience Center.

On Rua de Santa Catarina, you'll have access to the Santa Catarina Shopping, Supermarkets, Handicraft and Jewelry Shops, Cafés, and Restaurants. The Passos Manuel Parking lot is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. For a discount on the rate, just mention you’re a Liiiving customer.

The Ferreira Borges Market, Palácio da Bolsa, Avenida dos Aliados, Torre dos Clérigos, and Galerias de Paris are all within walking distance from the apartment.

The best public transport options are São Bento Train Station or Metro, just 300 meters away, with various bus options nearby. A tip: Bus number 500 departs from São Bento Station, following the path along the Douro River, Foz, and the beaches, ending at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can find regional products and fresh fish from the city.

The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a fee will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 pm. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon request.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utility expenses (water, electricity, and internet/television pack) of 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra amount will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of an employee for property inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
