Located in southern Italy close to Sorrento, Villa Lunamare is sea-facing villa with two private swimming pools and magnificent sea views. The villa sleeps 28 and is an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or for hosting small events. The nearest restaurant is just 10 m away and Sorrento, with its shops and restaurants, is only 4 km away. The villa is about 4 km from the nearest sandy beach, there is a bus stop nearby, and Sorrento offers good transport links to nearby towns such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, as well as the island of Capri.

Villa Lunamare (900 sqm) is built over 4 levels connected by an internal lift.

The villa is equipped with large common areas including a modern kitchen (with induction hob, oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and other appliances), a comfortably furnished living room and a common use bathroom (with toilet). There are ten double bedrooms (with king-size beds) and two quadruple bedrooms (with king-size bed and double sofa bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers). Most of the bedrooms have large picture windows and all the bedrooms have a private terrace or balcony with sea views. You will also find an indoor hot tub and sauna.

Outside, you will find large, furnished terraces and a lawn, as well as two private swimming pools (4m x 7m; depth 1.1m; open from 1 April to 31 October; one heated on request), large sitting and eating areas, and parking.
