The lovely Timberline Lodge 2202 has been recently updated in 2020 with new flooring in entry, dining and living room, as well as new carpet and new mattresses in each of the bedrooms. The living room also has a new leather sofa and matching chair.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this warm and inviting residence is sure to please. With a well-appointed kitchen and living space that features gas fireplace and comfy leather seating as well as 65 inch Samsung Smart TV with complimentary Samsung TV Plus for the ultimate in entertainment! There is also the private deck with outdoor seating to enjoy some fresh mountain air!

As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.

In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. The shuttle will also take you Downtown, to the grocery stores or anywhere within Steamboat City limits. Please contact us to see what other units we have available!

Great location close to the mountain

Great place to stay with close proximity to the mountain. The hot tubs were great as well!

Good neighborhood with great amenities.

Overall the condo was fine, although there were several furnishings that were broken or needed attention and those were reported to the property manager. The home was clean and in a good location. The amenities, such as pool, tennis courts and grounds were great. Be aware that the bed in the master bedroom is extremely firm.

Fantastic stay

This property was wonderful! The amenities at the property are great! My son loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The kitchen had everything we needed (except a can opener). The individual air conditioning in each room was perfect! The washer and dryer worked well and came with free and clear laundry detergent which was so helpful. Overall, we loved this property and would definitely stay again. The only suggestion I have is to get blackout curtains for the bedrooms, especially the master. The light streaming in at 5:45 was not ideal for trying to sleep in. Otherwise I have zero complaints about this property.

Cozy condo

My husband and my grown son stayed here for our trip to Steamboat Springs. The condo was fairly well equipped and there is a Safeway market not far down the road for groceries. Our beds were very comfortable although my son's bedframe was was broken. The AC was effective and needed even in the mountable to the warm temps and strong sun. The workout room was fine although with all there is to do you won't need it. Pool and hot tub are clean and easy to access. Our biggest problem was there seemed to be a problem with the electrical outlets in the kitchen backslash. Plenty of tvs, nice little balcony for morning coffee and the wifi was sufficient. Very reasonably priced.

Simply perfect

It was the perfect comfy cozy ski condo. Beds were heavenly, kitchen was well stocked and neat as a pin. The resort complex had a great pool and convenient shuttle. Will be back!

Wonderful getaway!

We stayed at the property in early August, and it was our first time in Steamboat Springs. We will definitely be back and will try to stay at the same place, we loved it! The pool was wonderful, and the condo was spacious and well-stocked. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Timberline Lodge was a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The pool and hot tubs were great! Within walking distance to the base and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
