Luxury Condo on a Beer Budget!

Get ready to make some memories at our fun, fully stocked(except food) condo in Steamboat! Plenty of room in this luxury two bedroom condo with a king bed in the master and queen over queen bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Luxury kitchen features new appliances, quartzite countertops, nugget ice maker and everything you need to whip up a great meal. Other conveniences include free wifi, desk area, washer and dryer and ski locker to store your gear. During ski season, guests enjoy their own private lane to be whisked up to the slopes on the Wildhorse Gondola.

Now ready to have some fun? Condo comes with access to some of the best amenities in Steamboat at The Trailhead Lodge including 3 grotto hot tubs, heated saline pool for year round swimming, game room, fitness center and gas BBQ grills. Not to mention one of best restaurants ever, Brick, is right on sight!

*Back patio faces white athletic bubble, but has mountain views to the left and right! Property is on 3rd floor and has no elevator. As is common in the area, there is no central air conditioning, but there is a portable unit to help keep things cool.

The condo is on the third floor which is nice so you don't hear ski boots going down the stairs all morning. Some things you should know are there is no thermostat in the condo, there is no elevator, and the furniture is a little rough. The beds are very firm and the couch is pretty worn out. After snowboarding we enjoy going to the hot tub and you have to walk to get to the main building with the hot tub, the distance from the changing rooms to the hot tub is very far, and the stairs leading to the hot tub can get very icy. My wife and my friend's wife both slipped on the ice on the stairs leaving them with cuts and bruises. It's amazing that the stairs don't have rubber mats or heated mats.

The host was extremely welcoming and provided a ton of really helpful information and tips. We love the location and the condo… The only negative was that the building had a really weird dirty diaper smell.

Great stay, close to all facilites, roomy condo and very quick and good communication with owner. Only thing I would recommend is a welcome booklet type thing with maps/locations for people unfamiliar with the mountain.

We had a great stay at Dan’s condo! The location can’t be beat. It’s an easy walk to the gondola that takes you up to the village. And an easy walk across the street to access the community hot tubs. The condo was spacious overall and the large kitchen area was particularly nice to settle into for a few days. For the value, this property can’t be beat.

It was great! Communication was easy and prompt with host. The unit was very roomy and clean. There were wonderful extras like 2 fans, extra pillows, lots of utensils in the kitchen. We used the gym and the pool. Both were wonderful experiences.

Steamboat Stay

Everything was smooth and seamless. The property owner gave very clear instructions of everything I needed to know including suggestions on restaurants nearby for dinner. The property is in a convenient location with City Market and a Walmart just 2 minutes away. My family loved the fact that we saw a moose and a bear all in the same day directly out of our door. I go fishing and it's only 15 minutes to Stagecoach Reservoir so that was great for me. The pool area was fun and very clean. They have beautiful hot tubs. The Barbecue area was very convenient after swimming to grill and have dinner. The fitness center was amazing. I expected something small but it was pretty big with a large selection of machines to use. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed. I look forward to my stay here again for my next fishing trip.

Great place, great owner

We loved the place! They had everything you needed as far as washer/dryer, everything you needed as far as cooking your own meals, even left extra trash bags and cleaning things for the days you decided to stay in instead of going out. The owner was very quick in response to when I accidentally left my phone in there and forgot the code to get back in (as we were unpacking the car.) I will definitely come back!!!
A must see why staying!
