In the enchanting setting of Punta Molara, on a hill located in the municipality of Monte Petrosu, stands the exclusive Domos De Rocca Village which offers a large shared swimming pool, barbecue area and tennis court.
The house has a well-kept private garden, a large covered veranda furnished with sofas and a table and chairs where you can enjoy a spectacular sea view of the islands of Molara and Tavolara.
Internally it is composed, on the ground floor, of a living room with dining area, open kitchenette, two bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
The basement offers a double bedroom with full bathroom and comfortable anteroom with washing machine.
Punta Molara is the ideal place to spend moments of absolute relaxation in contact with nature, a short distance from all the main services
and paradisiacal beaches such as Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu.
