Villa "Borse" is nestled among the vineyards on the foothills of the Oltrepò Pavese region. The recently renovated villa is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees from which guests can pick fruit directly, a large lawn, a pool with a spectacular view of the vineyards, a porch, and a converted wood shed serving as a living area with a built-in barbecue, sofas, and a dining table.
The property is perfect for families with children, couples seeking relaxation, or those looking for a quiet place to discover and taste the wines produced in the area. The villa will be for the exclusive use of the guest who made the reservation, regardless of the number of people accompanying them; therefore, the property will not be shared with guests from other reservations. The pool, for guests’ exclusive use, the large lawn where you can run and play soccer, baseball, or rugby, and the ping-pong table make for unique days for young and old alike. The outdoor living area with a built-in barbecue and the wide variety of wineries in the Oltrepò region also delight guests’ palates. An oasis of tranquility!
The house is spread over three levels.
On the first floor, to the left is the fully equipped built-in kitchen, and to the right is a living room with a fireplace. Both rooms have French doors providing easy access to the garden; they are connected to each other, separated only by the staircase leading to the upper floor. The first floor is completed by a bathroom with a tub and a small laundry area.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a terrace and a second bedroom, both overlooking the garden, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower.
The attic is spacious, overlooking both the garden and the rear of the property, and comfortably accommodates a double bed and two single beds.
The property is equipped with an alarm system, and all windows are fitted with mosquito screens to keep out our little friends from nature… after all, we’re right in the heart of the hills, surrounded by greenery!
The flooring in all rooms, including the bathrooms, is untreated Florentine terracotta, with hardwood floors in the attic; many of the ceilings feature exposed beams painted white. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except for the utility room. Other things to keep in mind For long stays, and if my guests agree, the gardener and the pool maintenance staff will enter the property (with the guest’s prior consent) for maintenance and cleaning.
