Nice and cozy apartment with terrace a few steps from the beautiful beach of Rena Bianca, in the Bay of Portisco.



The apartment, on the first floor of a building accessible by stairs, boasts a terrace furnished with a dining table where guests can enjoy the wonderful seaview. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The sleeping area is divided into a bedroom with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, fans and air conditioning in the living room. In addition, in the residence there are also three tennis courts and a basketball court with free access.
