The villa is totally independent, with private entrance and parking.
It is furnished with care to the smallest details to make you feel at home, very airy, built in the style of traditional Sardinian houses.

It includes a double bedroom; a bedroom with two single beds; a large living room with sofas, dining table, fireplace and a sofa/single bed; a well-equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; washing machine; air conditioning in the two bedrooms; TV; WiFi; barbecue.

The large park with garden is well equipped and mantained and enjoys the natural vegetation of the place, rich in mastic trees, oleanders and ancient olive trees, where you can spend relaxing hours sunbathing on the loungers, lying on the hammocks in the shade or admire the stars at night, enjoying the music and perfumes of nature. A dining table with umbrella allows you to eat outdoors.

You will be most welcome, assisted in the best possible way to make you spend a pleasant holiday.

Hübsches rustikales Steinhäuschen...

...das in einem schönen gut gepflegten Garten steht. Das sehr alte, im sardischen Stil gebaute, Haus ist wirklich urig. Viele der Möbel sind aus Stein. Die Betten, die Sitzgruppe, wie aus einem Guss gebaut. Durchgehend Fliesenfussböden. Diese Bauweise hat den Zweck, das Haus kühl zu halten, was im Hochsommer durchaus Sinn macht. Hinweis für Liebhaber weicher Betten: Die Matratzen der Betten sind superfest, was wahrscheinlich der Steinbauweise geschuldet ist. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und wir haben viel selbst gekocht, obwohl es etliche Restaurants in der Umgebung gibt. Die Gastgeber wohnen ganz in der Nähe, sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps. Das Anwesen wird von einer freundlichen Katze bewacht, die bei Bedarf mit ins Haus darf. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, um den Norden oder mehr von Sardinien mit dem Auto zu erkunden. Die Zufahrtstrasse zum Haus ist übrigens für Insassen und Auto gleichermaßen herausfordernd, da nicht asphaltiert o.ä. Wir haben die Woche genossen und werden uns sicher Sardiniens Süden anschauen.

Ganz zauberhafte Unterkunft

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und blitzsauber und der Garten ist tatsächlich noch größer als wir dachten. Der herrliche große Olivenbaum vor dem Haus sorgt im Sommer sicher für sehr angenehme Temperaturen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als umfangreich und in einem Top Zustand. Wir wurden - Anfang April - mit reichlich Brennholz versorgt und konnten über den effektiven Ofen das ganze Haus gut warm halten. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist schnell an vielen schönen Stränden und Buchten, in wenigen Minuten im großen Einkaufszentrum und trotz Nähe zu Flughafen und Olbia vollkommen auf dem Land in Ruhe und im Grünen. Rita und Franco sind äusserst nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt. Dieser Urlaub war ein echtes Highlight, wir kommen wieder :-)

Tolles Haus in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage.

Sehr schönes „Hexenhäuschen“ mit großem Garten. Wir wurden toll durch Rita und Franco betreut. Das Haus war picobello sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allen was man braucht und es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Details fallen hier gleich auf. Total schöne Bettwäsche, flauschige Handtücher. Keine 0815 Ausstattung, sondern alles sehr luxuriös und chic. Die Lage ist zudem super. Total nah am Flughafen Olbia, aber weder hört noch sieht man je ein Flugzeug. Außerdem ganz nah zu sämtlichen Stränden. Porto Rotondo und Porto Chervo, Golfp Aranci und San Pantaleo - alles gleich um die Ecke. Man braucht zwar ein Auto, hat aber nur kurze Wege, wenn man möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Un lieu calme et tranquille, simple mais avec beaucoup de caractères où l’on se sent en vacances!

La maison est simple, mais beaucoup de détails de déco et d’architecte lui donnent beaucoup de caractère. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Une vraie maison de vacances! Elle est très pratique, très propre, rien ne manque. Le jardin est joli et parfaitement entretenu, sans vis à vis et peu de bruits. Parfait pour se détendre. L’emplacement est bien, à 15-20 minutes de nombreuses belles plages et proche de lieux sympas (San Pantaleo, Tavolara, Maddalena…) L’accueil des hôtes a été idéal, en discrétion mais présent à la moindre question. merci!

Vacanza indimenticabile

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura all'inizio di luglio. La casa e il giardino sono veramente bellissimi e perfettamente rispondenti a quanto avevamo trovato sul sito. I proprietari Rita e Franco sono stati deliziosi ed oltre agli utilissimi consigli che ci hanno fornito, sono sempre stati attenti alle nostre esigenze. La casa è attrezzatissima e quindi si può tranquillamente arrivare solo con costume e pareo! anche la posizione è abbastanza strategica e permette di raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le spiagge della Costa Smeralda e di Olbia. Se proprio dobbiamo sforzarci a trovare un difetto forse la casa era un po' calda ed un condizionatore ci sarebbe stato bene. Però alla fine tutto è stato perfetto e ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura a tutti. A proposito: avevamo con noi un cane e anche per questo non ci sono stati assolutamente problemi e si è divertito un mondo in quell'immenso giardino. Esperienza da ripetere. Grazie ancora agli splendidi padroni di casa. A presto

Tolles Haus, super Garten und tolle Gastgeber!

Wir haben im April eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos und der Garten ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage zu den tollen Stränden und schönen Hafenstädtchen ist super, auch die Anfahrt von nur 15 Minuten vom Flughafen fanden wir super angenehm. In nur 10 Minuten Entfernung gibt es ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Man braucht aber ein Auto. Rita und Franco waren tolle Gastgeber, das Check-In hat super geklappt und auch sonst waren sie sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere beiden Jungs (5 und 8 Jahre) haben es genossen, in dem großen Garten zu spielen und es war sogar Spiele und Sandspielzeug für sie vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Liebe Rita und lieber Franco, vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!!

Wonderful relaxing holidayss

We had booked the house for 11 days in July 2018. It is located near the Costa Smeralda, about 20 minutes drive to the favorite beaches, between Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo. The house manual has some good advices where to go, if you don't like it so crowded. The house is very lovely furnished and offers more than enough space for 4 people. We were there as a family with 2 boys. The garden is huge and after a day at the beach we always enjoyed spending an hour in the lounge chairs or hammock. Our boys loved playing in the garden. Unfortunately, we did not meet Rita and Franco personally, but the transfer on arrival and departure was perfectly organized. We can recommend the house without reserves. We spent a wonderful time here, thanks a lot!!!!

Vacanza bellissima

Se cercate calma e tranquillità questa casa fa per voi, sarete lontani dal caos e l’unica cosa che sentirete è il canto delle cicale. Sarete vicinissimi a tutte le spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda... in 15 minuti raggiungerete le spiagge di Liscia Ruja, Capriccioli, La Celvia solo per citarne alcune… e comodi a Golfo Aranci per un arrivo/partenza in 25 minuti. Rita e Franco sono due splendidi padroni di casa, gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno accolti calorosamente e fatto sentire a nostro agio, sempre raggiungibili telefonicamente e prodighi di consigli e indicazioni utili. La casa è in stile rustico, è una costruzione tipica sarda con il soffitto in canne e travi in legno, arredata con gusto e cura nella scelta dei colori. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e confortevoli, la cucina ben rifornita di stoviglie e pentole. Vista dall’esterno sembra la casa delle fate, immersa nel verde in un giardino grande e spazioso dove i bambini possono giocare in sicurezza, dove si può prendere il sole sui lettini a sdraio e dove si può mangiare. Dispiace proprio dover lasciare questo splendido posto.

Superbe maison

Nous sommes revenus enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est située dans un havre de paix et de verdure, tout en étant à proximité de magnifiques plages. Les propriétaires, ainsi que les gardiens sont des personnes extrémement sympathiques.

Un posto indimenticabile!

Lontano dal turismo di massa, la villetta di stile tipicamente sardo, situata in un'oasi tra oleandri e ulivi, vi incanterà! Arredata con gusto dalla proprietaria Rita, ci siamo subito sentiti come a casa. A pochi chilometri dalle bellissime spiaggie della Costa Smeralda, è inoltre un punto di partenza ideale per visitare i siti più belli della Sardegna settentrionale. Accoglienza formidabile che ha contribuito al successo del nostro soggiorno! Da raccomandare!

"Abbiamo trascorso una va...

"Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questa casa deliziosa, arredata con gusto e raffinatezza e curata nei minimi dettagli da Rita e Franco attenti al benessere dell’ospite durante il suo soggiorno. Percorrendo una strada sterrata, si arriva alla villa immersa nella pace e tranquillità anche se circondata da altre ville. Gli unici rumori sono il nitrito degli asini ed il canto delle cicale. Meravigliosa l’amaca sotto gli alberi dove poter leggere un bel libro mentre il giardino costeggiato da un boschetto e’ la location ideale per iniziare al meglio la giornata con colazione all’aperto e per rigenerarsi con una cena alla aria fresca della sera dopo una giornata al mare. La nostra bambina oltre a scorrazzare in questo giardino, si e’ divertita a dondolarsi sull’altalena appesa ad un ramo dell’olivo. La zona e’ sicura per lasciare i bambini giocare all’aperto. La casa si trova in una buona posizione per raggiungere le varie calette della Costa Smeralda. La consigliamo a coloro che amano essere circondati dal verde e dalla tranquillità durante le loro vacanze in Costa Smeralda. "

Hello, I am Rita and in summer you can find me here at the Case di Maricosu together with my daughter Federica and my husband Franco. This is our little paradise, a place to spend your holidays totally immersed in the peace and splendor of the homonymous hill, surrounded by the quiet and the many centuries-old olive trees, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches and coves of the Costa Smeralda.
When I'm not in Sardinia I live in Rome, my beautiful city. My passions are many, from that of vintage and recycling, with which I develop installations and furnishings, to painting, from naturopathy to classical dance. I love animals, I love life and I try to do my best to respect the universe.

An enchanting place, well kept but at the same time respecting nature, ideal for those who feel happy and lucky to see a turtle or a blackbird and not be alarmed at the sight of a gecko or an anthill.
