Modern 3-bedroom flat. Ideal for enjoying with the family. In the Arena neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from San Lorenzo Beach. Although it has all the amenities, it does not have a lift and is located in an area with multiple services.
Distributed across 3 rooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. Independent living room and kitchen, full bathroom and toilet

Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the accommodation. If any disturbance to neighbours occurs or the villa rules are breached, a penalty of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
The maximum check-in time is at 8:00 PM. Later entries are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
