A further bedroom is en-suite and there is also a family bathroom with a reclaimed enamel roll-top bath, and separate shower cubicle and toilet. A separate toilet, also accessed from the garden, is available. This is open plan living at its best, including a Sky Glass Smart TV in the living area and wood burner, making it the perfect place to relax. Whilst we all love the time on holiday to catch up with friends and family, there is also a quiet room off the open plan living area for some privacy, or maybe just wanting to read or have some quiet time from the main gub of the home. Even though you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to award-winning country pubs or places to eat, you will be tempted to stay put and cook in the well-equipped kitchen and dine together.

Whether this may be inside or out, and with the addition of an extensive private garden complete with an insulated garden room, this means this is truly a property with year-round appeal. For something closer you can visit Whitwell railway station, which is one of Norfolk’s newest heritage stations, the historic conservation village of Heydon and The National Trust’s Blickling Hall. For children there are many attractions that they may enjoy. Bugz UK is an 11-minute drive, Roarr Dinosaur Park 14 minutes drive and Bewilderwood 34 minutes drive.
