緑のコテージは、池と鴨がいっぱいの村の共通点に位置し、最近改装された、きれいで分離したフリントコテージです。 フロントドアに入ると、新しく取り付けられた広々としたキッチンがオープンプランのダイニングルームに通じています。 古い梁、鮮やかなコットンリネン、新鮮な花は、この魅力的な伝統的なフィッシャーマンズコテージにお客様をお迎えします。 大きなラウンジには、暖炉の周りに快適なソファーと、ダイニングルームから届く日当たりの良い窓の席があります。 それを超えると、居心地の良いテレビルームです。 ラウンジにはプライベートガーデンへの出入り口もあります。
メインホールから3番目の寝室、居心地の良い、明るく風通しの良い部屋、階下のクローゼットもあります。 上の階には、古い暖炉と露出した梁を備えたメイン（キングサイズ）ベッドルームが庭園を見渡しています。 軒先の大きなワードローブは、収納スペースやスーツケースなどに十分なスペースを提供します。 隣には、ツインベッドルームと広々としたバスルーム（フルサイズのバスと大きな独立したウォークインシャワー付き）があり、家族の空間と快適性を十分に備えています

Green Cottage is a lovely, well kept and well appointed cottage within a short walk of East Runton beach. It provided a great base for our holiday.

The beach was an easy 5-8 minute walk away, and there was accessible parking outside the cottage. Neighbours were friendly and chatty which added local warmth to our stay.

Booked for a long weekend. Would highly recommend Green Cottage. It’s really beautifully furnished and so comfortable. The lovely garden was an added bonus. Val was really helpful with any questions we had. Would love to go back.

Lovely cosy cottage

The cottage was just as described, clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, great shower. The garden is very private, great for a bbq with adequate seating. Would definitely recommend

Green Cottage

Well appointed and tastefully modernised retaining lots of character. Quality accommodation in a convient location and only 4 minutes walk from the beach.

Absolutely beautiful cottage over 200 years old . Holds so much character . Pubs , chippy , shop and beach on the doorstep. Central location to explore, we only scratched the surface and will be back . Thank you Val

What a beautiful property! Very clean and beautifully decorated, with everything you need. parking spaces available right outside the front of the property.Added extras made settling in easy and pleasantly surprising, from the little necessities such as toilet rolls, soap and towels in each bathroom, washing liquid and milk in the fridge, to added extras such as wine, shortbread, tea & coffee and fresh flowers.The fig tree in the garden was a wonderful surprise too.Val visited to check we had settled in and returned shortly to help us with the television.Great communication with Val before and after our stay.Location is fantastic. 5 minute walking distance to:The beach, which our children spent many hours body boarding at and has toilets situated at the top in the car park.Will's Plaice fish and chip shop (delicious)Harry's bar (a must to get a drink at whilst waiting for your chip order) They show Sport on TV and offer a great selection of drinks too.White Horse - delicious food.Butchers.Convenience store.and another pub.Ice cream van is nearly always situated at the top of the beach.Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing place for perfect holiday

Green Cottage is fabulous. Beautiful interior, everything we needed, lots of space, lovely garden and amazing location esp for Cromer Carnival! Val was very helpful and everyone had a fantastic time. Would definitely book again. Thank you Val! Claire and family

Winter escape

The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. It was nice to have a few days there as a winter break. We enjoyed walking along the beach at Holkham and East Runton. As a couple we had plenty of room to spread out but it would be lovely for a family. We would thoroughly recommend this property on the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

More room than expected!

A delightful cottage, that has much more room than you imagine, it is in an excellent location to explore the North Norfolk coast, with a lovely garden that our Grandson and dog ran around all day! . There were 4 adults a toddler and a lively dog, but we never felt ‘ on top of each other’ and had a such a great week we have already booked to go back.

Beautiful house with cosy rooms

There was a short walk to the beach which was great for walking. We had a drive to Cley which is lovely and where we bought smoked fish. and had a long walk to the mashes. We had a walk on Holkham and had to take our shoes off to get back to our car as the water was coming in from the sea!

Fab Cottage

What a fabulous place Green Cottage is, very deceiving from the outside but what a surprise when you walk in, lovely and comfortable with plenty of room to sit and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen and an impressive walk in shower. We loved the location too, very quiet but very easy to get around, with both Cromer and Sheringham only a few minutes drive away. East Runton beach is a great place to have lovely walks, our four legged friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and can't wait to return.

Beautiful - we will be back!

We stayed at Green Cottage for a family break over Easter 2010. As a group of 6 adults we were worried we may be treading on each other's toes but not at all, the cottage is very spacious. For families with young children the large master bedroom could comfortably accommodate 2 cots. The cottage is an amazing combination of quaint traditional features with all the mod cons you could ever need. We would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Country cottage near the beach

There’s no doubt about it. This is a lovely place to spend a week near the beach. The cottage is cosy but not cramped with a large enough garden for the kids to play in and enough room to sleep six comfortably. It’s close to beach but if you want something different walk the other way and there’s plenty of countryside walks to enjoy. There’s plenty of suggestions for things to do aside from the beach not to mention there’s a hot tub to relax in. All in all a great place to stay.

A beautiful cottage,that we immediately felt relaxed and happy with. The addition of the Welcome tray,was very much appreciated. The lovely touches of fresh flowers,and soaps, also added to the overall appeal of Green Cottage.Plenty of room to spread out, and a lovely suntrap of a garden. A pleasant walk to the beach.pub,shop,restuarant. I would recommend this property to anyone,and I am sure they will have a super time.

Fabulous post lockdown stay

We had such a great time and got super lucky with the weather. The cottage is way bigger in real life and we had loads of space for 6 adults and 1 dog. The garden was particularly delightful, and had sun pretty much all day. Val was very lovely and sorted us out with everything we needed, as well as being really communicative throughout. 100% would recommend! Thanks Rosie

Cosy, warm and welcoming cottage

We spent a lovely long weekend at Green Cottage in the middle of winter. The cottage is very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. It is also surprisingly spacious - there were only two of us, but it could easily accommodate a family. We found the kitchen well equipped and easy to use. The big sitting room and cosy TV room were also very comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and there is lots of storage. The cottage is a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops, pubs and fish and chips! It is also ideally placed for the gorgeous North Norfolk coast which we explored despite January temperatures! We would highly recommend Green Cottage - at any time of year.

New Years Break 2010

We stayed at this lovely cottage for a 4 day break over New Year. We had four Adults and 2 children and we found we had plenty of space cause of the way the cottage is designed with a seperate T.V. room we all had our own space. From when we booked it the owners were very helpful and when we arrived we had a Christmas gift and a bottle of wine and milk and tea and coffee which was very lovley. The cottage just felt so homley from as soon as we arrived. Its in a lovley village but also very close to a couple of pubs and a very good restuarant and also the beach is only 5 minuets away and even in the winter it was lovely to walk along to cromer with people surfing on New Years days. Brilliant time was had by all and we cant wait to book it again.

Perfect Cottage

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Green Cottage over the bank holiday weekend. The cottage is perfectly positioned for a short walk to the quiet beach and all the village has to offer. East Runton is picturesque with two pubs and a fish and chip shop. All were tried and tested by us and got the thumbs up. The Dozy Doormouse was the favourite. The cottage itself is gorgeous, with all the mod cons. There is everything you need if you want to stay in and cook. Our party of 5 found it very spacious, with comfy beds and a great family sized bathroom. The enclosed back garden was great for a game of football and the large dining room table was perfect for family game night. Val was great to work with and made us all feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Family break North Norfolk coast

Really nice short break with family in this comfortable and spacious cottage. Val was a great host and checked if we needed anything when we arrived. Val gave us lots of helpful information about the local area and there are lovely walks from the cottage. The beds are comfortable and the cottage well equipped with everything you may need for a self catering break. We would stay again.
