Sawmill Creek Condominiums is located right on the Four O’clock Ski Run for great Ski-In/Shuttle-Out access in the winter or hiking & biking access in the summer! Plus, right on the bus route for a quick 5 minute ride to the Snowflake Chairlift, as well as only a block to Main Street Breckenridge, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! This unit at Sawmill Creek features a full kitchen, fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, private balcony, free wireless internet, elevator access and 2 on-site hot tubs. This condominium has recently been professionally renovated and decorated. All bedrooms have large TV's with premium cable channels. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. Ample seating both inside and out for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. The location is one of the best in Breckenridge.

Great spring break trip!
We had 3 families, 11 of us total and there was plenty of bedding. The only negatives are the upstairs is incredibly hot and sleeping was difficult due to not being able to cool it off. The downstairs would be be cold in order to try to cool off the upstairs and the fireplace doesn’t produce heat. It’s just for looks. Other than that it was an amazing location and we enjoyed it very much.

I especially like the loft area where our boys could watch TV & enjoy the big beds & open area.
12 of us from college/work joined together for a long weekend at Breck and we had a great time at Duane's place! It was extremely comfortable and an amazing location. Couldn't have asked for better and will certainly look to rent this place again when I return to Breck!
Nice, but quirky.
Some strange things like a wall with 6 outlets in seemingly random places and a wire sticking out of the floor in the nook where the computer monitor was and a sign that says "don't move this, exposed pipes." The TV in the living room wasn't hooked up correctly, but the owner helped me get things sorted out (must have been left in a bad state by the previous tenant) and the TV remote was buried in the couch. The WiFi password in the documentation I was given was incorrect, again the owner came to my aide.
The bedroom I stayed in (to the left when you walk in) had insufficient lighting (none in the closet). I found myself feeling around in my bags, because I could see anything.
All in all only the lighting was a real issue and the owner was very helpful. We enjoyed our experience.
This location is an ideal place to stay on your visit to Breckenridge. Ski and ski out with a bus stop on the property. The 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was a definite plus. We had a large group (12) and didn't feel crammed into this location. Looking forward to staying again!
Excellent stay at beautifully furnished unit
We, a family of 5 had a great and comfortable experience during our stay at the 312 Sawmill River Condo for our ski vacation. The owner Duane was very receptive to any questions or issues before and during our stay. The condo location was ideal for our ski vacation as the free bus stop was located just at the condos entrance and one stop from either Breckenridge gondola base or Snowflake chair (we opted for Snowflake chair as it took less time to get onto The mountain). In addition, Main St is just one block (5 min walk) away.
Well and beautifully furnished in a modern rustic style with two bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen and a loft. One bedroom has a king bed with heated blankets (plus) and the other has two queen beds. The loft has one king bed and full size top/bottom bunk bed. There is a full bathroom in each of the bedrooms and the loft. Modern washer/dryer is located in queen bath (detergent pellets were available for our stay). Living room had large sectional L-shaped sofa. Dining room area had 6 person table. Kitchen has a bar area which seats 4. Pantry was well stocked with essentials. Kitchen has std. coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, stove/oven, fridge and dishwasher (w/detergent). There were several outlets with USB ports throughout the unit. Unit has secure Wi-Fj with strong signal throughout unit (little slower in Master bedroom). Our kids had no problem streaming on their devices. There is access to the complexes two indoor hot tubs but you have to brave the elements to get there. There are changing rooms but we went in our bathing suits. There is ample covered parking but spaces are tight but manageable even for our large SUV. However because of the complex's central location and free bus service we did not need to use the car during our stay which is a plus as there is a lot of traffic. There is small closet just outside the unit's entrance for ski storage which avoids bringing wet skis into the unit. There is a large supermarket about 3/4 mile away and a convenience store on Main St. Supermarket is on the free bus route. BTW the busses run every 15 min on avg. Bring soap & shampoo.
The only issues we had was that the gas fireplace was not working and one of the showers had a slow drain. Duane was quick to respond however since we were there between Christmas and New Years it was difficult for Duane to find a service person although I know he tried.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WOULD STAY AGAIN
