This is a TRUE ski on / ski off condo on Peak 8 in Breckenridge. Nestled about 200 feet above the base of Peak you can ski right out of the condo down to the Rocky Mountain Super Chair or Colorado Super Chair. This 3 bedroom condo is a perfect home base for your next mountain adventure.

There are 2 bedrooms and a loft. Each room has a king bed and the loft has a bunkbed with a king and a queen above it. The loft has its own half bath. There is a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. Each room and the loft has its own smart tv. There is an East facing patio to enjoy the mountain weather. The ski locker is on the slope and you will ski down to the base of peak 8. There is no better ski on/off in Breckenridge. You can mountain bike right out of the building to some of the best in the world. The gondola at the base of peak 8 will take you right into town. Endless fun and adventure are right out your doorstep! The condo comes with two covered parking spaces in a garage below the building. The garage is 6 feet, 9 inches.

Guests can access the on site hot tubs, community rooms (with reservations), small work out room and sauna.

We will communicate everything remotely and be available if you need anything at all.

The free bus system in Breck is the best way to get around town!

Great location with ski-in, ski-out! Can’t beat the ease of being right on peak 8. Loved the hot tub! The condo was nice and was plenty of room for our family of 5. We would stay here again!

The location is just the best in Breck. Mark and the Ski Watch team were very helpful with the couple questions and minor issue we had. Condo was very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook meals. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot if you want to ski early in the season and you love short distances to ski in and ski out. Short Gondola trip into shopping and eating. Enjoyed it!

The BEST ski in/ski out experience!

Breck Slopetopia is all you could ever ask for in Breckenridge! Slope side condo where you ski downhill to several chairlifts and can ski right back to the door for lunch, add or subtract clothing, etc. The Samples are very attentive hosts anticipating all needs and quick to respond with helpful, friendly answers. We loved the funny coffee mugs too! Clean, well stocked and nice layout. Highly recommend!

This Skiwatch condo was everything we wanted and more! Access to the property was easy, the unit was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Communication with the owner was friendly, timely and helpful. Ski in and ski out is the only way to go! We highly recommend!

Excellent stay! Communication from the Owner was clear and covered all my questions. He checked on us through email with us after arrival. I felt like he was available if we needed something. There is nothing wrong with the condo. Its clean, everything in the condo and on property is in very good condition. Its comfortable and convenient. My family: G Parents, adult kids and G Children were all happy. I have been disappointed at past rentals; this isn't one of those places. Thank You!!!

Perfect location

We had a great stay! Every time we headed out skiing or came in, we literally sighed a huge sigh of relief and gratitude and said "we cannot believe how perfect this location is." The truest ski-in/ski-out we've experienced in a long time! Beds were comfortable and the living room was a good gathering space for our group.
