Perfect location

A very nice apartment in the heart of the 6th. Everything is walkable and all amenities are close by. Apartment is very nice with a balcony. There were 4 adults and it was a bit small but comfortable with a great shower. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Private Paris Perfection

This property is a tiny peaceful jewel! Loved its quiet safe location, close to incredible shopping at Bon Marche and delightful cafes and chocolatiers. Communication was excellent. It is small, but so very lovely. The best shower & bathroom we had in London or Paris! Perfect for my family.

Cancelled On us Day of Arrival!

After multiple booking confirmations and messages back and forth with them via VRBO app, we were informed suddenly on the day of arrival that they had double booked this flat! My friends and I had traveled many hours from the US and were told this as we stood in front of the apartment around 1 pm. It was quite a shock as we reserved this back in October!

Lovely place in a fantastic location

The hosts were kind and very responsive. The location can’t be beat and we would definitely stay here again and again. Very safe, central and lots of local boutiques and bakeries. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was very strong AC in each bedroom and the living room which was a relief in hot weather. There are 2 good sized beds and a large pullout.There were 2 tvs and it was easy to stream Netflix etc. The shower had great water pressure and there was a small washer/dryer and dishwasher, both very convenient. While the apt was definitely large enough for the 2 of us and as advertised, we had interpreted by the photos, it was bigger than the sq footage indicated. The description was not at all misleading and it can absolutely sleep 6 adults comfortably and a large deck that fits more than that. Our only thought was that the space might be tight for 6 if you plan to spend a lot of time hanging out in the apt. It is Paris and 2 bedroom apts are rare and this one has lots of amenities, an unbeatable location and is a great value.

Loved the neighborhood. The property was booked because it was listed as 2 bathroom. It has only 1 bath room. Not appropriate for a family of 6. There were a few things that need repair. The batteries in the remotes for the A/c were dead so we could not turn on the units. We had to call for bedding upon our arrival, as we had no linens for the sofa bed. They helped us get a car to the airport, yet confirmed an hour earlier than we requested, and never responded to our request to have the pick up at our original time. Unfortunately the driver arrived at 5am when we asked for a 6am pick up. He waited for us an hour, which cost us quite a lot more money than the cost of the ride for him to wait. Communication was slow/poor

Excellent location

I was traveling for several days before I arrived and had not received email from company leasing apartment which had several steps to take in order to get codes to enter apartment. Showed up with my entourage and luggage and had to sit on curb and fill out paperwork on my iPhone in order to get in! I wish I had received this or a phone call about it earlier! The apartment is in a great location on Rue du Bac. Close to everything you need! A favorite place of mine to stay, shop and sight-see. It is a beautiful apartment but not as big as it seems in them photos. Once the sofa bed is made, it is very crowded with the table for 6 and all the chairs. I suggest the management put a smaller table in place. The place is beautifully appointed and air conditioned, and perfect for two or four, not using the sofa as a bed! There are three security gates, so while tedious, it made me feel VERY safe. I would stay here again and again with 2-4 people, but not using the sofa as a bed.
