Exceptionnel Loft de 200m2 en plein coeur de Saint Germain des Près. Ce loft unique en son gère allie l'authenticité et la modernité. Il est entièrement climatisé et dispose au 1er étage d'une immense pièce de 100m2 composée d'un salon, la salle à manger, et la cuisine et le salon télé. Il comporte au 2ème étage 3 grandes chambres avec chacune leur salle de bains et WC individuels. Ce loft, situé sur cour, est très clair et très calme. Probablement un des lieux les plus exceptionnels de Paris. Emplacement exceptionnel Idéalement situé, rue de Varenne, au cœur du très prestigieux 7ème arrondissement, ce magnifique Loft est à proximité immédiate des institutions culturelles, des monuments emblématiques et des boutiques de luxe. Vous vous rendrez à pieds à Saint Germain des Près ainsi que dans les principaux sites touristiques de Paris. À quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel, du Musée d'Orsay et du Champ de Mars, vous serez au cœur de l'effervescence de la capitale. Vous découvrirez la gastronomie parisienne dans les cafés et les restaurants renommés du quartier.

Our stay was amazing in all ways: the location was ideal, the host communicative and accommodating, and the apt itself perfect for ou group. We were a group of 4 adults (two singles and a couple); the space was perfect to hang out as a group yet also provide us all the comfort and privacy of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Already looking forward to a trip back next year!!

Just the most beautiful apartment, HUGE, chicly decorated, recent updates, and in THE BEST location. It’s hard to believe this place actually exists, and that we got to stay here. The staff, led by Nazeem, really went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Spacious and clean

A rare find - three bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms and a full and spacious living area. Off the beaten path and with nice bakeries and restaurants just as well as a grocery store and pharmacy down the block.

This is a fantastic property in a great location. Huge main floor and three quiet bedrooms upstairs, each with it's own bathroom. Others have noted the very narrow, spiral staircase to the second level, but unless you are mobility-impaired these are quite usable (after you get your suitcase upstairs!) :)We did have trouble with the front door codes twice during our visit. When we arrived at night, the code we were provided didn't work. It took a couple calls and messages to get a working code. Then again during our stay the code stopped working and we were locked out until the host programmed a new code. Troublesome, but not a reason not to stay here.Note too, that if you visit in cooler months, the heat on the main floor is set to 66 degrees F and cannot be raised. After two days, the host got the temperature up 2 degrees, but it still felt cool. Travelling with one elderly family member, this was too cold during the fall. The bedroom DO have their own adjustable heaters, so those rooms were very comfortable.All in all, we would highly recommend this property to others.

Great property for family and groups

This was the perfect property for our group of 6 adults. The location is incredible - many great shops and cafes within walking distance and it felt less touristy and more local. Many sights were a quick metro or bus ride away and some are within walking distance. Self check-in and checkout was easy. It's keyless entry which is great for a group since you don't have to share keys. There are 4 unique codes to access the property (building, gate codes, etc) which is cumbersome, but the host provides the codes in the instructions and you just need to save them. The unit was super clean, modern, and looked exactly like the photos. Pillows and bedding were great. Great showers, water pressure, and plenty hot water. It's 3 bed, 3.5 bath (all bedrooms have ensuite bath) and there's a half bath on the common level. All bedrooms are on the upper level. Kitchen, livingroom, and laundry are on the main level. This is a huge apartment - it was even more spacious than our group needed. Note there is no elevator. There is 1 flight of stairs to get up to the main common level and 1 additional flight (very narrow spiral staircase) to get up to the bedrooms. If someone has mobility issues in your group this may not be a good fit. We loved our stay and we'd stay here again.
