Single-storey with fabulous sea and countryside views. One ground-floor double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge. Wifi, Smart TV with Freeview, guests just need their own Netflix/iplayer accounts, please log out before departure. Lounge has a wood burning stove plus games. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Allocated parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawn, raised patio and picnic bench. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. River is approx 1/4 mile away.There is also a footpath near to the cottage that takes you to the beach, approximately 1 mile. Sorry, no smoking.
