The top spacious & airy bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower. There is a working space in the top bedroom.
The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a double t bed. The ground floor bathroom has a shower as well. Bathroom essentials, linen and towels are provided, alongside a hairdryer.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Modern in style, the kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven and gas hobs.
LIVING ROOM
Spacious in size, the living room is magnificent & homely , flooded with natural daylight. The room is furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV. WiFi is available throughout the entire flat.
THE GARDEN:

HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of ÂŁ20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and ÂŁ40 for check-ins past midnight.
- Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.)
â To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
