Villa Eden - Homelike Villas

Villa Eden is one of the most fascinating villas in Forte dei Marmi, also listed in the historical books of Versilia.
The Villa is spread over two floors in the heart of a large park. On the ground floor, we find a large arcade at the main entrance: ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing
Then there is a living room with a fireplace, armchairs, sofa and TV. From the living room, you can access the dining room, which features an oval table for 10 people and the door leading to the large park.
It also has an eat-in kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a guest bath and a living/study room.
The upper floor comprises 3 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 2 bathrooms.
The decor is simple, neat, with authentic English-style furniture.
A few steps from the Villa there is a newly renovated outbuilding with a kitchenette, a table, a double bedroom, a small living room with a double bed, a small bathroom with shower.
The villa is about 300 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the center of Forte dei Marmi and is close to the most characteristic points of interest in the area.
