The house features of 2 bedrooms located on the first floor of the house, 1 bathroom per floor, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and access to the terrace. In the yard of the house there is all the equipment you need for relaxation and enjoyment - swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area and deck chairs. The yard is completely fenced. It is located in the center of a quiet and small town, and we are sure that you will enjoy this typical Istrian house. The owner allows 2 small pets for an extra charge. Rovinj and its beaches are only 20 kilometers away from the town. Savičenta is a small town with a few coffee bars, restaurants, pizza restaurants and mini markets. It host several summer cultural events.
