Holiday House Rose is a traditional stone house located in a small village near the medieval town of Svetvinčenat and can accommodate up to 10 guests.The villa offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The outdoor area includes a fully fenced garden with a pool, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace features an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious meals or enjoying a glass of fine Istrian wine. For extra fun, the villa offers table football and darts.The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, a gem of Istrian tourism and culture dominated by the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, provide numerous opportunities to explore history in a fun way, suitable for the whole family.Holiday House Rose is an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are just a 20-minute drive away.
