I developed this property during covid and while doing so fell in love with the house and the area. Luckily I could keep it and use it frequently for family holidays. I hope you enjoy it too.

I purchased this because of the location. Close to london. and easy access to beach, Margate Old Town and Cliftonville . You can chose to be in the noise of Maragte, or not.
この宿泊施設の特徴
For me is the STEP FREE ACCESS from the street to the house and the house to the beach! This means you can roll a canoe or wheelchair to and from the sea.
The original planning application have this house as full wheelchair access (Thanet DC scuppered that!) but I have managed to keep one bedroom downstair (but couldnt get a bathroom downstairs).
Its also got a relaxing light feel inside and a lovely south facing garden.
