¡Disfruta de una escapada de primavera / verano en nuestro encantador condominio de tres habitaciones! ¡Disfruta de impresionantes vistas! Pase un día relajándose en el spa (un paseo por la calle) disfrutando el día en la piscina cubierta o en la piscina al aire libre, jugando una partida de golf en nuestro campo de golf Devils Knob, un partido de tenis competitivo (todo el año) o escalando uno de Los muchos senderos. Acceso de cortesía a The Nature Center con membresía de propietarios de condominios. O simplemente puede disfrutar de este dulce condominio. ¡Tome su café de la mañana mientras observa el amanecer más hermoso que pueda imaginar! ¡Trae tu cámara! Este es un 3 dormitorios con un nivel principal principal con una cama king y un dormitorio principal tipo loft (queen). El tercer dormitorio también tiene una cama Queen con baño en el pasillo. We were not able to stay at the property since the heating was broken, after a very long trip to get there and weekend plans we were forced to drive all the way back home and give up on the weekend plan, the house was freezing cold. We were only advised of the broken heating once we were there, got our money back but the disappointment and complete waste of a weekend cannot be refunded!

Best sunrise ever!!!

We went for a few days over New Year’s and had such an incredible time. The deck faced the slopes and we could watch skiers all day long. The sunrise was the most beautiful thing ever. The communication was excellent and the place had everything. Highly recommend for families.

Beautiful views and a welcoming environment!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was welcoming and well stocked, so we were able to enjoy our time together. The trails were great for hiking and we loved seeing all the wildlife. Next time we will definitely stay longer!

Beautiful Sunrise

Do not miss sunrise when you stay here! It is the most beautiful sunrise I have seen in my almost 60 years of life. The property was clean, everything in working order and the kitchen was well furnished. The property perfectly suited our group of 6 adults with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a restaurant/bakery across the street with limited hours.

Great Get Away...

We really enjoyed staying here. Being in the area for my son's wedding, we chose this property for the parents and grandparents. Perfect for the weekend and everything was very nice. Definitely would like to come back another time!!

Beautiful views and great location!

Stayed here with my family for New Years and it was amazing! The host was very quick to respond to any questions and check in was easy. The views are BEAUTIFUL! Probably some of the best on the mountain. You’re also very close to everything at the resort, just a quick drive to skiing or restaurants (there is a bakery/pizza place right across the street too). You’re also fairly close to other wineries and breweries in the area too. Would 1000% stay again!

Incredible Views

We enjoyed our stay! The views were unbelievable and the condo was great. Thank you for opening your home to us. The condo had everything we needed and more. Best views around. My kids loved sitting on the deck as the clouds rolled right by us.

Great condo, close to the resort and beautiful view. Very roomy for 3 couples.The only issue was no slip resistant mat in the shower which was a little hazardous.

Best Family Thanksgiving weekend!

This Wintergreen condo was perfect for my family to meet up for the Thanksgiving holiday. The layout was very nice, the view is spectacular, the proximity to everything you might want is excellent, and the manager, Kim, was so very helpful. Outstanding view.

So cozy and warm. The view blew my mind. Cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner for two. Loved the crackling fire. Can't say enough. Well Saturday morning we woke up and there was no sound on the TV in the living room. We survived watching the sunrise.

We enjoyed the condo. Great location. Beautiful relaxing views from the deck. Plenty of space.

Things to improve: more info/ maps on Wintergreen resort. Clear steps for check out and trash. Loft mattress could use updating ( too soft) Otherwise everything was great. Plenty of space, seating. Very comfortable. Loved the view! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Very nice place and great location!!

First let me say that Kim was extremely responsive. The condo is very nice; not a brand new condo but still very nice. It is fully furnished with dishes, towels and anything else you would need. The kitchen is small but fully furnished. The view over the slopes was beautiful. We had an issue with one of the toilets but Kim called to have it fixed. The Condo is right across from the spa, gym, hot tub and pool. There was plenty of fire wood for a fire. We really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it is a little dated and there are a few things that need to be repaired; I wish I could give it a 4.5.

Very Nice Property, Great View, with a Few Drawbacks

This condo has a great view with three nicely appointed bedrooms, baths okay. Kitchen has decent appliances, dishware. However, it is quite a hike from the parking lot for an older couple, about two stories down, across a walkway and then up another half story, perhaps common for the Ledges. The tech was wanting, the living room TV has basic cable with a DVD/VHS player and some tapes and DVDs, no streaming player. I brought an HDMI cable and connected my laptop to watch movies on a day we were rained in, but the basic wifi connection kept buffering. So three suggestions that would cost only a couple hundred $: better bath towels, a Roku box in the LR, and at least of couple of spices in the kitchen, which we have . We found every kind of liquor glass imaginable, and salt and pepper.

Cozy but not so clean

We were traveling from Virginia Beach to Wintergreen which is about a 4 hour drive. We had asked to check in early because we would be coming from some distance. Kim replied quickly and kindly to let us know that the condo would not be ready until check in because it needed to be cleaned. We understood and checked in at 4pm. Upon our arrival we were excited to see that we had an amazing view, right off the black diamond slope, but the view was through very dirty windows. The windows were so dirty that you could write in the filth and clearly read it. Throughout our stay we noticed several things that were not quite right. I will start with the kitchen. The coffee pot was broken and did not have a lid which caused the coffee to overflow and make a huge mess. The salt and pepper shakers were empty, there was dirt in the utensil organizer, there were NO trash bags so we had to go buy some, there were maybe 5 paper towels left and only 2 extra rolls of toilet paper. Thank goodness we brought some of those things with us. With 6 adults what we were left with was not going to last for the weekend. Moving on to the bedrooms; in one bedroom there was blood on the comforter and a pair of child's underwear on the bedroom lamp shade. There was a fair amount of dust and trash under the loft bed as well as a huge spider web that must have been there for a year, in the loft bedroom window. When I contacted Kim about the issues she was very quick to apologize and make the situation right, she did refund the cleaning fee. However, I decided to look at Kim's Facebook and was appalled at the negative comments she made about the guests that rent this condo or other listing she manages. I notified her and told her it was unprofessional and she should have her Facebook private, which she has made now. Kim is also the owner of Sillas Cleaning Company, which surprised me due to the lack of cleanliness in the condo. Kim made comments about how some renters claim to be government employees but can't figure out how to use a lock box or follow simple instructions. I was offended because I work for the state, my husband works for the county, my brother for the government and many of my other family members work for the government as well. I would never have rented this condo if I saw her Facebook and knew how she felt about her renters. Please request photos for the unacceptable things mentioned above The pros of the condo: location, fireplace, pets aloud
