The property has a perfect veranda to enjoy a coffee or tea while taking in the surrounding tranquillity, listening to the sea.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this accommodation has capacity for a maximum of 5 guests. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a tranquil stay and meeting all your needs.



In addition to all the amenities, the accommodation also offers reserved parking for guests on the street.



The house is located on the North Coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the parish of Ponta Delgada, municipality of São Vicente. Enjoy your stay to explore this locality! Contemplate the views over the North Coast of the Island by visiting the viewpoints closest to the accommodation. There are also mini markets, some cafés and restaurants. In the surrounding area, you will find other tourist points of interest such as the Ladeira Viewpoint, the Roca Viewpoint and the Bom Jesus Viewpoint.



The village of São Vicente is 10 minutes by car from the parish of Ponta Delgada. There are some points to visit such as the locality of Fajã da Areia, where you can enjoy a rocky beach. The city of Funchal is about 40 minutes away by car.
