Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Nice, this seasonal rental is located on the hills of Nice, in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city.

The interior of this holiday villa with private pool is fully equipped.

On the ground floor: entrance which gives access on your right to the large living room with lounge area and dining area, fully equipped for your comfort, an independent fitted kitchen, giving access to a terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, the city of Nice and the sea.

On the garden level are 4 bedrooms and a lounge area: the 1st bedroom with a 160cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet and a terrace giving access to the garden.
