Beautiful and historic apartment in a building from 1850, located in the most central area of Rome.

The recently renovated house, with its high vaulted ceilings and a generous size of 181 m2, consists of:

1 large living room
1 spacious triple room
2 double rooms
2 full bathrooms

Located in the heart of Rome's most sought-after neighborhood, it is just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican and one of the most renowned shopping streets.
Perfect for families or friends who want to fully enjoy Rome.

This apartment offers a relaxing and comfortable experience with a touch of elegance.
There is air conditioning in all rooms.

With its three spacious bedrooms, each furnished and equipped with cozy beds, you can rest in a serene environment.
The triple room features a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed, while the other two double rooms each have a queen-size bed (160x200).
Each guest will have two comfortable pillows, Classic and Memory Foam.
Each bedroom has open closets and dressers, ideal for storing your clothes.

The marble bathrooms have very spacious shower cabins and are fully equipped, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience during your stay.
Complimentary toiletries with shampoo, shower gel, and lotion are provided, along with a hairdryer.
You will also find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and duvets.

The living room, large and very bright, has two comfortable sofas and a long wooden table where you can gather to eat and have fun together.
Completing the picture is a 65'' LG Smart TV with 4K resolution, offering access to Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc.
You can have an entertaining evening (subscriptions are not included).

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to accommodate your culinary talents, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together.
It is equipped with all the comforts such as a washer-dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and various kitchen utensils.
For movie nights in front of the TV, there is also a popcorn machine, an essential companion that offers the delicious taste and irresistible aroma of freshly made popcorn.

Clean, bright and big rooms for a great place in great neighborhood. Really enjoyed the neighborhood and meeting other folks staying in the building. Would stay again.....

A gem in Prati

Loved everything about your home.Walking distance to everything…Vatican side as well as Roma central side. June is incredible. Hired drivers for us, told us where banks were located, gave us reco to nearby restaurants.Home is huge and super comfortable!!Great for our family of 8.Grazie Mille

The appartment is big and very beautifull equiped. Me and my friends totally enjoyed there and feel like at home.Also the owner and agent were very helpfull, by cheque in and arranging transfer and giving us other information we need at that moment.Appartment is in quiet street, not far from the Rome center, Vatikan and all main tourist attractions: Piaza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish steps…I highly recommend.

Excellent apartment.

Had a great time in this apartment. Loved how clean it was. The location of the apartment was just perfect. Everything close by within walking distance. Federico was a great host. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

PERFECT location! Great place. Helpful owner.

We LOVED the location of this apartment. Easy access (very few stairs) and perfect location to walk to most anywhere in Rome. Great restaurants, bakery, grocery stores all very close by. The place was very clean and well stocked. Our only issues were that the combo washer/dryer did not do a very good job on laundry and struggled to dry clothes (wasn't very usable). Hard to tell from pictures but one of the bathrooms is so tiny that it was a struggle to fit in the shower even and the showerhead was broken. The other bathroom was much bigger and had a good shower. So we really only had one shower that was usable for the six of us. Those were our only issues but really no major complaints. Plenty of hot water and good heat to keep the apartment warm in December. The owner is VERY helpful, kind, flexible and quick to respond to any communications. Offered suggestions for restaurants, rides from the airport, etc. The place was super clean and nice. All items for kitchen and house were well stocked. Appreciated the Italian hair dryer and outlet converters that were available for us to use with our American electronics. We would stay here again. Many thanks!!
