Consta de un amplio salón, dos habitaciones dobles, una cocina bien equipada y dos baños con ducha.

Perfect for our stay in Rome!

This apartment was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The location is excellent and it was great to have some space to spread out! It had everything we needed.

Comfortable, Contemporary Apartment

Quite, clean and comfortable with contemporary furnishings and decor. Great location near many restaurants as well as the Colosseum, Forum and the other Imperial Rome sites. Transfers to and from the airport were conveniently arranged for us.

Wonderful apartment right by the Colosseum. Excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had plenty of room. My only suggestion to the owner would be to invest in a few additional glasses and cereal bowls.

El apartamento es grande, limpio, comodo, muy bien decorado y bien situado. Es una casa muy buena. Lo malo: A pesar de que lo pone en la web, NO hay microondas, NO hay tostadora, y la cafetera es de UNA persona. El ascensor NO sube al primer piso, que es donde esta el apartamento, esto deberia indicarse por si hay alguna persona con problema de movilidad. El trato con la agencia es correcto.

Perfect place for us!

I have only good things to say about our stay here. They were able to let us check in early which was great. The apartment was very clean. The location is absolutely perfect and in walking distance to all the sights in Rome. I would definately stay there again if given the opportunity.

Amazing Apartment

My family of four stayed July, 25th 2019 through July, 28th 2019. My husband, 18 year old daughter, 16 year old son, and myself. We LOVED the apartment. It was spotless clean and with lots of room. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The location was great. It was a few streets over from the Colosseum and just down the street from the Forum. The apartment is located on a side street just off a main street, which allowed for quiet evenings. There was a locked entry to the building for extra security. There were all kinds of restaurants and small markets within a one to five minute walk (one market just around the corner). There was an ATM machine just around the corner also. I would highly recommend this apartment. One thing to remember, “1st floor” in Europe actually means one floor up (what would be the 2nd floor in the U.S.). The elevator starts on the 1st floor. Therefore, you will have to carry your bags up one floor. The stairway is very wide so it was an easy carry.

Stay in Rome

The property was fantastic for our needs. As a family of 4 we had plenty of space, and the location was excellent for major sites in Rome. Andrea/ Savio were very good in responding to requests in advance and the check in process was faultless. Many thanks for making our stay in Rome very positive.

Excellent stay but some improvements suggested

The reviews on the property are accurate. The good: clean, spacious, good beds, amazing location, quiet, good A/C!, close to shops and a small market for good. The not so good: communication with check in was a little tough. I was given 3 mobile numbers and not sure who to chat with. But in the end we got in the apt as expected. It’s a first floor walk up so if you have heavy luggage beware. Not enough soap and shampoo. We had to buy our own in the market just outside the apartment. Overall it was a great stay with a couple of minor inconveniences. We would recommend staying here with friends and family. Our kids are 10 and 13.

Very Pleased!!

Check in was a breeze. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location. Amenities all around. Great Air conditioning and hot water on demand. We reserved a car to and from the flat through the management company. That too was excellent, on time, professional and reasonable rates. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome!

Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay in this nicely furnished, modern, spacious, QUIET apartment near the Coliseum. It is perfectly set up for two couples with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We were able to walk many places but Metro stations and taxis were also readily available. The apartment is on a quiet side street just steps from busy Cavour Street with many restaurants and stores. There are also restaurants on the quieter side streets. Rome is a vast overwhelming city so we appreciated having this quiet place to return to for respite from the noise and crowds on the streets. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms modern with showers that work well. The management was easy to communicate with. Questions were answered promptly and someone was right there to meet us when we arrived to show us around the apartment. We also arranged transportation to and from the airport through the management. Please take note that the elevator does not go to the first floor where the apartment is. It’s just one floor up but it could be an issue for someone with disabilities. Just a few suggestions for making a stay here a little more convenient for travelers. A small shelf for soap and shampoo in the showers Wastebaskets in the bathrooms and/or bedrooms Extra plastic bags for garbage in the kitchen A dish towel in the kitchen A microwave would be nice if possible These are small things which didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay but would be easy, inexpensive amenities to make travelers’ stay a little easier. We would highly recommend this lovely place to stay during a Rome visit.

Gorgeous centrally located apartment

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location!

The apartment is well-furnished and is fully air-conditioned, which was great to come back to after a day exploring Rome in the sun. The location was amazing for sight seeing, restaurants, grocery stores and transit. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rome~!

The apartment was amazing.... beautifully decorated, clean and modern.

Quiet at night in a great part of town right near the colosseum. The apartment was perfect with plenty of space and great air conditioning to come home to after a day sightseeing. The staff were extremely helpful from the driver who picked us up at the airport to the lovely guy who let us in to the apartment and showed us around. Highly recommend

Amazing Apartment! Just not practical.

This apartment is beautiful! Everything is modern and new. The warming rack in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The location is perfect! Within walking distance of the Colosseum. The subway station is very close as well. The apartment is located on first floor near some really good restaurants. Savio was very nice. He helped us arrange transportation to the apartment. There was a miscommunication about our family’s flight and the driver generously waited more than an hour for all our family members to arrive. Savio arranged for a bigger car to pick us up as well. This was much appreciated. I wish we could give this five stars. While the apartment had all these features here is what made a bit unfuncional; 1. No coffee machine 2. No trash anywhere (kitchen or bathrooms) 3. No where to place soaps or toiletries while taking a shower. 4. No microwave 5. Kitchen equipment (pots, pans, colinder, etc) were in bad condition. I feel that if these items were addressed the apartment would truly be a jewel that shouldn’t be passed up. We would then love to rent this place again.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Ancient Rome!

The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. We walked outside and turned to the right and could see the Colosseum. We turned to the left and there was a mini market and enoteca. Up the street was an amazing take-away, small seating restaurant, Pasta Chef—delicious! We were five minutes from one of the best gelaterias, Fatamorgana! The apartment is close to the Colosseo Metro stop, so easy to get to places further from Centro Storico. We loved our time here!

Lovely location and apartment

On three prior trips to Rome over the years, I had stayed near the Spanish Steps. But after the time near the Colosseum in this apartment, this area is now my preferred location in Rome. And the apartment itself was simply wonderful. Having stayed at a flat in London through Airbnb in 2015 that required hours of effort to coax each of the WiFi and TV to work, we were very pleasantly surprised that we had zero problems at this apartment with those features. I have nothing but high praise for the location and apartment. A few notes particularly for Americans: While the coffee maker is extremely tiny, my friend's grandmother had used that type of coffee maker so we were able to get by with it. But there is no shortage of restaurants just steps away to get coffee if you choose not to use the small coffee maker. The very small showers are typical also. As for the lack of a microwave, we had no problem given all the fabulous restaurants nearby.

Sehr schöne Designer-Wohnung in exzellenter Lage

Die Bilder zur Wohnung sagen eigentlich schon alles. Sehr schöne und witzige innenarchitektonische Details in der Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Problemlose Übergabe beim Check-In und Check-Out. Die Wohnung war in tadellosem Zustand, alles Notwendige (wie angegeben) vorhanden. Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe Forum Romanum / Kollosseum. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Elite-Supermercato) und reichlich Restaurantauswahl in der Nachbarschaft. Würde ich sofort noch einmal buchen. Den Transfer haben wir übrigens auch über den Vermieter gebucht, hat hervorragend funktioniert und war preislich absolut in Ordnung.

A very centrally located and beautifully furnished apartment.

My husband and I stayed there with our daughter and her partner, and this was perfect for the four of us. It is very rare to find an apartment that has two bedrooms that are both equipped with a double bed AND an associated bathroom, so this was a fantastic find. Decor was chic and yet very functional. A few elements to be prepared for if you are coming from America are: 1. in Rome, espressos are the norm so you will find an espresso maker in the apt, not a drip coffeemaker, and 2. If you use a hair dryer, you may trip the circuit breaker. Turn off a few other lights first, or simply read the instructions to reset the breaker downstairs. The apartment is wonderfully situated in an alley right off a main thoroughfare, just about 5 min from the Cavour Metro Station, with a minimart a half block away and tons of restaurants and cafes all around. You can see the Colosseum from in front of this apt and walk there in about 5 min! We loved it!
