Welcome to our 100 sqm luxurious and modern 2 bdrs penthouse nestled in the heart of Paris' vibrant Le Marais. Enjoy our private furnished terrace with no vis-a-vis !

You'll love the contemporary design with touches of classic Parisian charm. The large living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the space with natural light and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city's iconic landmarks.

The open-plan layout connects the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen.

I guess I was paying for the location. But the price seemed extreme for a duplex with stairs that I was frightened to walk down— no handrails and spiraling. The child’s gate at the top meant for another obstruction. The owner or handler of the property could have been more thoughtful about instructions. I spent days looking for the thermostat. The intemperate May weather meant I was cold for days. The thermostat was hidden in a closet. Never seen a thermostat in a closet: that calls for a warning. I guess the best thing to say about the apartment was the photography. It made it look twice as generous in size.

The apartment is accurately represented in both the listing description and photos, including its layout, size, and the presence of the staircase. The duplex configuration is clearly shown throughout the listing, and many guests specifically choose the apartment because of its unique character and central location. Regarding the thermostat, as soon as you informed us that you were having difficulty locating it, our team responded promptly and assisted you in real time. In fact, the heating was the only issue brought to our attention during your stay, and it was resolved as soon as we were made aware of it. We are also surprised by the comment regarding instructions, as our team remained available throughout your reservation and assisted with every question raised. Had there been any additional concerns, we would have been happy to help in the same way. While we respect that every guest may have different preferences, statements suggesting the apartment is misleading are simply not accurate. The apartment is exactly as described and photographed in the listing, and no other issues beyond the heating concern were reported during your stay. We nevertheless thank you for your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
