A grotty little hole! The bed sheets were dirty, the sofa was hevily stained, the kitchen was filthy, the floor looked like it hadnt been mopped in ages.... the list goes on! No way of locking the apartment door from the inside made for a worrying nights sleep... Vrbo were absolutely useless. So very disappointed in Vrbo, I strongly advise against booking with them, I won't be using them again. Just shocking!

Perfect location for the beach, with shops a short drive away. The property would benefit from a deep clean, but overall it was acceptable.The owner was very responsive and check in details were very clear.Short walk to the sandy beach downhill, which means uphill back, but very close by.There was road noise as the road passes the property. The veranda could be used if you wanted to sit out and watch the world go by, but the seating on the veranda is a picnic bench, so bring your own deck chairs!The facilities at the property are acceptable, however the hob was not very easy to use and we didnā€™t try the oven so canā€™t comment on that. Washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, with enough utensils and crockery (there was just the 2 of us)

As advertised, it enjoys a fabulous 180 degree coastal and sea view and is very conveniently located for access on foot to the promenade, beach, and to local buses to Bournemouth and Poole and Christchurch and Mudeford. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with two very good modern showers and a bath. It was good to have driveway parking. We had a very pleasant stay.

Not entirely satisfied

To be honest, we expected a bit more from this property. It doesn't look as immaculate as on the photos: the carpereted landing and stairs which lead to the apartment are in a horrible condition, there are a handful of things around the place which require fixing or improvements (no locks on the bathroom doors, missing uplighters, cheap furniture, tired kitchen, shabby doors. The sound proof is bad, we kept hearing the people above simply walking around their place all the time. The property overlooks a busy road, be prepaired for a substantial level of noise. Despite some state of the art features like in the main bathroom, there is zero practicality: hard to take a proper shower or wash your face over the sink, no dishwasher, but dishwasher tablets included, just one large hob over the cooker, but small saucepans don't fit. On a positive side: 3 min walk to the beach and the view of the seaside, just ignore the traffic on that road.

Great location over looking the sea. Apartment is well equipped. Off road parking was very good as parking on the main road was taken by 9:00. Close to Gordonā€™s zig zig path to the beach. Would be happy and look forward to return to this apartment.

The location was wonderful but the apartment is very tatty and not well maintained. The balcony is fantastic but, as someone else said, theres only an odd picnic bench, no chairs to sit back and enjoy the view. Both the showers were pretty awful with, what looked like, months or years of limescale build up. Stains all over the sofa and stairway carpetsOverall it really needs some work, care and attention to justify the price being charged so would not say there again.

Lovely view but no chiars

Great location, spacious property. Balcony/terrace with bench table. No other chairs, so we couldn't sit out, relax, and enjoy the view of the sea. There is no dishwasher, so a draining rack would have been appreciated. Some information about nearby amenities would be a good idea, e.g., a very well-stocked Coop within walking distance selling great takeaway dishes and the wonderful Russell Coates Museum in Bournemouth. If a guest comments book were provided, visitors could share their experiences.

Great Place

We had a really good time staying at this property. Very spacious, all appliances were working, and awesome location, so close to the beach. Great communication with the STAI staff, as they were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment

Excellent and spacious apartment. Overlooks the sea and close to amenities and walks. Communication with owner was excellent. Good to have a car parking space too. Would highly recommend

Great Location & Lovely Apartment

Idyllic view across Bournemouth bay, beautiful well appointed apartment, excellent parking. Good value. Apartment (walls, finishing, decor, cracked window) has seen better days but furniture is very comfortable, appliances were functional and met our needs for the stay. We have a great time, even with the temperamental weather. Would love to return. (Needs a TV in the bedroom :) )

Friends weekend

We had a great weekend, really enjoyed the wonderful view and location. Instructions for using the hob would have helped when we cooked in! Having access to the beach right opposite was fab. Live band at local pub was also an added bonus on the Friday evening.

Great Location

Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better from them, they forgot our arrival and it took a few calls and emails to get them to act. A bit more instruction on the very complex cooking equipment and lights would be helpful! Overall we had a good stay and slept well so still a thumbs up.

Great location but property needs some care

We tried to phone Vrbo the Friday evening when we arrived due to bifold doors being of their track, no one responded. Also I have text Stai and had no reply, there were a few more issues that we had and we thought needed attention.

Fabulous!

The property offer beautiful sea views with access to the beach right in front of the property. We had a great time staying for 4 nights. Everything was perfect - communication, cleanliness , well equipped kitchen, all amenities you need. You could enjoy the beautiful view of the polar bear and boscombe pier from the property.
