Apartment 4 at Alum Chine Beach House

This is a luxury two-bedroom self-contained apartment with an open plan kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (52 sqm) on the first floor of the Alum Chine Beach House.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms both have queen-sized beds. Bedrooms and lounge have freeview flatscreen TVs.

This apartment runs from one side of the building to the other with one bedroom looking out onto a quiet residential road from the bedroom while the open plan lounge opens onto the chine.

The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rain-style shower. Fresh towels and linen are provided and for stays longer than 7 days the towels will be replaced.

Pets are allowed although you must notify us in advance and there is £20 additional fee, per pet

Alum Chine Beach House is a collection of 6 luxury apartments located moments from the Bournemouth Beach and its glorious 7 miles of Golden Sand. Each apartment is finished to a very high standard with high quality furnishings throughout, en-suite shower rooms with rain-head showers and kitchens including all the facilities to prepare anything for a light breakfast through to a full evening meal.

I called it the Alum Chine Beach House as it sums up how I feel about the place, it's super close to the beach, it has the feel of a big Victorian house and we try to make our guests feel relaxed and at home the moment they check in. Leticia is the Reservation Manager and will be your first point of contact throughout your stay. She has been at Alum Chine Beach House now for a while and knows the place inside out and is always more than happy to help with any questions or queries.

The properties are located in Westbourne, just to the west of Bournemouth, which is one of the most elegant and fashionable parts of Bournemouth with an urban village feel. It is definitely not your usual high-street; there is a vast selection of independent stores, cafes and restaurants and is truly a unique shopping experience. Of course the best attraction of the area is the gorgeous golden sands! Alum Chine beach is far quieter than the beaches closer to Bournemouth town centre although is equally as sandy and inviting
