Apartment with beautiful views of the sea and cliffs, where you can enjoy the sunrise from your bedroom or the spacious balcony. Located at the edge of the Old Town and the entrance of the famous fishermen street of Carabeo, which connects the Burriana Beach with the Balcón de Europa. You are steps away from the Playas and restaurants.
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator. It has free high-speed WiFi and international TV. A big and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Fully air conditioned.
Amazing sea views from your balcony, right at the edge of Nerja's Old Town, with all you need in easy walking distance. A coffee in the morning, a beautiful beach for the day, a fine restaurant for the evening - no need to think much, it is all a few steps away. And if you decide to stay in your apartment, you have all comfort, together with the beautiful views from inside and the balcony. And for the pool lovers, take the lift to the roof terrace and enjoy the pool with its panoramic views of Nerja Old Town and the Mediterranean Sea.

Perfect location, perfect stay

The appartment is in a great location, with a lovely view. We like the fact that the appartment is well equipped and is constantly being modernised and up together. Nothing is too much trouble, we were allowed to stay longer past check out time, which was a lovely touch. Thanks Frank much appreciated. We are looking forward to sitting in the new sofas for next year. Can't wait.

Well equipped apartment in a wonderful location

Fantastic apartment, well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely big balcony with a fabulous view that was perfect to enjoy a sunny breakfast and a lovely shady evening drink. Comfy beds and lovely bathroom with power shower. The rooftop pool was brilliant with amazing views. Great location within a few mins walk of both beach, shops and restaurants. The team on site couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks nade all the better by having a well equipped, quality apartment

Everything worked well, including the washing machine, dishwasher, iron and hairdryer which all make for a comfortable time. The balcony is large and has a great sea view. Listening to the waves is particularly soothing. The apartment is on the 1st floor so has easy access

Perfect for relaxing holidays

Very well located between the beach and the city center. Well equipped for 4 people and Frank is a very helpful and relaxed landlord.

Galit and I moved to Nerja in 2010 because we love the sea, nature, and the life in a Spanish village. We came from different professions and lived in several countries in Europe and around, but are now very happy in Nerja living the Andalusian way.
