Located in the centre of the town, the apartment ‘Apartamento Turquesa Nerja’ is perfect for a holiday right by the beach. The apartment consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning (with warm air too) and a television. The charming apartment also boasts a private open terrace with comfortable furniture, a sun shade and a barbecue, where you can spend your days relaxing under the sun. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot within 1-3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is also just a 1-minute walk away (100 m). The highlight of this property is its close proximity to beautiful beaches. Playa de la Calahonda is the closest beach and is just a 3-minute walk away (250 m).



Parking may be difficult to find as the apartment is in the centre of the town. However, there is a municipal car park just 2 minutes away.

Pets are not allowed.

The property is in the first floor and there are 18 steps to get there.

Nous avons passé un super moment à NERJA. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre mais dans une rue calme la nuit et à 5 minutes des plages. La terrasse est superbe et Dory toujours disponible pour donner des renseignements. Je recommande vivement !

Lovely apartment, clean and fresh

Pros: They had a brilliant terrace which got the sun most of the day. Cons: No English tv channels. Double bed very squeaky would make noise everytime you turned over.

A great apartment

Brilliant location in the middle of a shopping street, a couple of munite walk to the europa de balcon and centre. Fantastic roof terrace for sunny days. Apartment had suitable equipment although we didnt cook anything. Beds comfortable. Toilet sometimes took more than one flush to clear. Nerja is a beautiful town with lots of great restaurants. We had a great time here and would certainly use this apartment, which was great value for money, again

J’ai habité l’appartement Turquesa durant 9 jours pour débuter des cours d’espagnol. Ce que j’ai apprécié le plus est la tranquillité de l’endroit. Bien que la rue Pintada soit très animée, elle est tout de même piétonne et l’appartement se trouve à l’étage, ne faisant pas face à la rue. La terrasse a l’arrière est donc tranquille. Dory s’est empressé de répondre à mes demandes. En effet, les accessoires sont minimes et bon marché: aucun ustensiles pour cuisiner. J’ai donc demandé le minimum: une spatule. Pour le reste on se débrouille avec le couvert. Il y a tout de même un gros couteau (bon marché aussi). Et seulement le sel comme “extra”… et un seul sac de poubelle, que j’ai dû garder jusqu’à la fin !si Le lit est très moyen et les installations sanitaires ont besoin de rénovations. Somme toute mon séjour fut assez agréable, tout près de l’école et des plages, c’est ce qui comptait le plus pour moi.
