The Neighborhood:
Located on a peaceful street yet close to the heart of Preston, this spot offers the best of both worlds. The main Fishergate shopping centre, along with a variety of bars, cafés, and restaurants, is less than a 10-minute walk away. Head 10 minutes in the opposite direction, and you’ll reach the River Ribble—ideal for a scenic riverside walk leading to Miller and Avenham Parks.
Getting Around:
Thanks to its central location, much of the city can be reached on foot. Local bus services also depart from the end of the road, and the main train station is just a 10-minute walk away, offering rail connections across the UK. If you're travelling by car, Preston is easy to navigate, and the property includes convenient parking. The Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are both around an hour’s drive from the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
